Like many, horse racing and boxing fan Tom’s first taste of the hospitality sector was as a part-time bar tender. His experience also spans four-star banqueting and luxury hotels, as well as being part of the ’Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma’.
Now, Tom applies this knowledge to hand-selecting candidates for a variety of roles, from sous chef or pastry chef to conference and events manager, financial controller and beyond.
