Like many, horse racing and boxing fan Tom’s first taste of the hospitality sector was as a part-time bar tender. His experience also spans four-star banqueting and luxury hotels, as well as being part of the ’Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma’.

Katie is now expected to bring a touch of class to the Birmingham Office after developing her hospitality career in the world of luxury resorts including The Belfry and Celtic Manor.
Her early years as an Events Manager with Marriott led her to an excursion overseas to the dizzying heights of Mallorca as a rep for Thomas Cook. Rumours of 18-30s debauchery are soon put to bed with statements such as ‘we were all young once’.
Katie now uses her knowledge and experience of Sales & Business Development in a more controlled environment, recruiting senior roles for our hotel and resort clients.

Wannabe singer Micaela found a new way to put her creativity to use by finding new and exciting ways to resource and find the best candidates in the business. Starting her career climbing the hospitality ladder on to multisite management roles, she was plucked from her role when an agency believed she had the right skill set to succeed in recruitment.
Since 2016 Micaela has held a variety of roles within recruitment and worked nationwide covering many different sectors. After relocating to Birmingham in early 2019 she now excels in finding the hidden gems in the hospitality industry, providing a renowned professional and friendly approach.

Originally from the foothills of the Lake District where he started his career at the tender age of 16 serving WKD and Bacardi Breezers to punters. Moving slowly south to Lancaster where he became a Catering Manager, Dan has finally found his home in the Midlands, where he stubbornly insists on retaining his Northern accent.
Dan’s passions in life include avoiding watching Liverpool play (superstition) and promising himself he’ll buy himself another motorbike soon, despite what his mum tells him.
As Office Manager, Dan is responsible for the day-to-day running of our offices.
