Failing in his attempts to become the next Ryan Giggs, Adrian wisely chose to apply his 15 years hospitality experience to making Premier League-standard recruitment matches instead.

Having climbed the ladder from flipping burgers at McDonalds to operations manager at Q Hotels Group, Adrian has vast inside knowledge of a number of key sectors. Combine that with his passion for exceptional customer service and you can be sure of a first-class recruitment experience.

Tom Billingham

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Like many, horse racing and boxing fan Tom’s first taste of the hospitality sector was as a part-time bar tender. His experience also spans four-star banqueting and luxury hotels, as well as being part of the ’Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma’.

Now, Tom applies this knowledge to hand-selecting candidates for a variety of roles, from sous chef or pastry chef to conference and events manager, financial controller and beyond.

Part-time weightlifter, self-confessed craft-beer connoisseur and Wolves FC super-fan, Drew made the switch to recruitment after leaving a Hallmark Hotels as Operations Manager.

Paige happily put her childhood dreams of becoming a mechanic to one side when she realised she had a natural flare for the hospitality industry.

Speeding up the career ladder from receptionist to Sales Office Manager, she forged lasting relationships along the way, eventually steering her career towards hospitality recruitment.

Dan Shaw

OFFICE MANAGER

Originally from the foothills of the Lake District where he started his career at the tender age of 16 serving WKD and Bacardi Breezers to punters. Moving slowly south to Lancaster where he became a Catering Manager, Dan has finally found his home in the Midlands, where he stubbornly insists on retaining his Northern accent.

Dan’s passions in life include avoiding watching Liverpool play (superstition) and promising himself he’ll buy himself another motorbike soon, despite what his mum tells him.

As Office Manager, Dan is responsible for the day-to-day running of our offices.
