The Package
  • £32,000 Salary
  • Term time only (42 Weeks) 
  • Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm
  • Career progression 
 
The Role
  • Sous Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site, feeding around 700 per day
  • Sous Chef to work in a enthusiastic kitchen team of 15
  • Sous Chef to help with hospitality and menu design
  • Monday to Friday Operation no evenings or weekends. 
 
The Requirements
  • A Sous Chef with a background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
  • A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
  • A genuine love for food.
