The Job Role

• General Manager for a busy, meeting and events driven hotel 
• The General Manager has the responsibility of managing the day to day operation of the hotel
• Enhance customer service standards
• Improve efficiencies within the operational areas off the hotel leading to increased profitability and overall performance

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have substantial experience within full service hotels.
• Excellent self motivation to drive sales and service standards are a must for the successful General Manager
• The ability to make decisions under pressure
• A commercially savvy General Manager who is into the detail of the numbers. 
• Must have an engaging personality with plenty of energy 

The Package

• Circa £100,000 per annum 
• 40% bonus
• Free car parking on site

The Location

• North East
• Own transport would be ideal for this role
