- The Head Chef will lead a team of 6 chefs
- Working in a busy kitchen
- Quality of the food, consistency and presentation of food served
- Ordering food and stock take, producing rotas.
- 45 Hours per week
- The ideal candidate must have similar experience of working at high volume.
- Experience with managing a team of 5+
- The Head Chef to have worked within similar settings
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
