    • Sous Chef 
    • 32k Salary 
    • 7am - 3pm
    • Monday to Friday (occasional weekends / Saturday's)

The Job Role
    • Supporting a team of 12 
    • Food offering 500+ daily, Fresh food.
    • Overseeing Hospitality. 
    • Supporting the Chef Manager in the day to day operations 



The Requirements
    • Experience in high quality establishments such as restaurants and hotels / Gastro Pubs
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Real passion for fresh food.
