The Job Role

  • Head Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
  • Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx.
  • 100% fresh, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
  • Head Chef to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
  • A Monday – Friday business, daytime hours only with enhanced holiday

The Requirements

  • A strong Sous Chef or Head Chef with exceptional hotel, restaurant or high-quality contract catering background.
  • A genuine love for food
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
  • Head Chef experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
