The Job Role
- Head Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
- Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx.
- 100% fresh, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
- Head Chef to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
- A Monday – Friday business, daytime hours only with enhanced holiday
- A strong Sous Chef or Head Chef with exceptional hotel, restaurant or high-quality contract catering background.
- A genuine love for food
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
- Head Chef experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
