The Job Role

  • Head Chef required to cater for a high volume, fresh food contract
  • A modern and stylish operation catering for approx. 1500
  • 100% fresh, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
  • Head Chef to manage and develop a dedicated catering team
  • A Monday – Friday operation, daytime only with enhanced holiday

The Requirements

  • A strong individual with exceptional hotel, restaurant or high quality contract catering background.
  • Passionate; with a genuine love for food, evidence of clear stable progression must be shown on your CV
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
  • Experience within busy high volume and pressurised operations
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
