As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring consistently high standards across both operations.
- Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant and bar team
- Oversee daily service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain exceptional standards of food, drinks and customer service
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Build strong guest relationships and handle feedback confidently
- Manage rotas, stock, labour costs and overall profitability
- Drive standards, team engagement and commercial performance
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach
- Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager or experienced Assistant Manager
- Background in a quality hotel, restaurant or premium pub environment
- Confident leading teams across both restaurant and bar operations
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Commercially aware, with experience managing costs and driving revenue
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
