- Manage enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
- Conduct show rounds and showcase the venue to prospective couples
- Build strong relationships with couples from initial enquiry through to their special day
- Plan and coordinate weddings and events, including timings, menus, room layouts and suppliers
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the planning process
- Take ownership of events on the day, coordinating the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver exceptional events
- Previous experience as a Wedding & Events Manager, or an operational role
- Confident managing new enquiries, existing bookings and the full client journey
- Comfortable conducting engaging and professional show rounds
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple events simultaneously
- Hands-on approach with experience overseeing and running events on the day
