- An experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- The sales executive will follow up sales leads, attend events and represent the. hotel to prospective clients
- You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
- Consistently looking to maximise revenue and sales opportunities to increase business
- Manage M&E enquiries from the initial enquiry through to confirmation and handover, delivering a prompt, professional and engaging service throughout.
- Proactively follow up on enquiries to maximise conversion, drive revenue and secure new business.
- Conduct client show rounds and attend both on and off-site client appointments, showcasing the hotel and its M&E facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase bookings and repeat business.
- Maximise revenue across all M&E business streams, while achieving agreed sales targets.
- Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring a high level of client service and identifying opportunities for further business.
- Work closely with the wider hotel team to ensure a smooth handover and seamless experience for every client.
