The Role

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pub, restaurant and bedrooms
• Lead from the front, creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest
• Build, motivate and develop a strong team who take pride in what they do
• Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high food and service standards
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on quality

The Package

• Salary up to £50,000
• Additional service charge, approx £5,000
• Additional bonus package alongside your salary

The Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager within a quality-led hospitality environment
• A strong background in food-led pubs, restaurants or hotels
• A confident and engaging leader who knows how to get the best from their team
• Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of costs, sales and profitability
• Passionate about great food, exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences
