- £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience

- Head Chef responsible for leading the kitchen brigade and running service on the pass
- Take ownership of the restaurant's food offering and help retain and drive its current accolades
- Train, develop and motivate the kitchen team
- Ensure consistently high standards across every dish and service
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development
- Champion seasonal, local and high-quality ingredients
- Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and consistency
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
- Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step
- Background within a quality hotel, restaurant or high-volume kitchen environment
- Experience working within an AA Rosette, Michelin or luxury hotel environment would be highly advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Proven ability to train, manage and develop a kitchen brigade
- Passionate about food quality, menu development and seasonal ingredients
- Ambitious and motivated
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Lake District
