The Package
- Salary of £35,000
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days over 7
- 2 weekends on / 2 weekends off
- Free onsite parking

The role will involve:
- Producing fresh, high-quality food from scratch
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Assisting with menu preparation and food development
- Catering for a busy daily food operation
- Supporting hospitality, events and pop-up concepts
- Maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards
- Supporting, training and motivating the wider kitchen team
- Stepping up and leading the kitchen when required
You will be:

- Comfortable working within a high-volume operation

- Organised and able to work in a structured environment
