- Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for clients and guests.
- Serve breakfast, refreshments, teas, coffees, and working lunches to a consistently high standard.
- Prepare, clear, and reset meeting rooms, ensuring they are presented to the highest standard.
- Manage hospitality across multiple meeting rooms and events in a fast-paced environment.
- Build strong client relationships, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless meeting and event delivery.
- Senior Client Hosts will also mentor junior team members and provide VIP and fine dining service for senior partners
- Previous experience in hospitality, corporate hospitality, luxury hotels, or events.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Well-presented, professional, and approachable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
