- Assistant General Manager position within a premium, cocktail-led bar venue
- Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the business
- Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service
- Create memorable guest experiences through outstanding hospitality and product knowledge
- Drive sales through cocktails, premium spirits, upselling, and guest engagement
- Maintain high standards across service, operations, and venue presentation
- Support with rotas, stock control, cash handling, compliance, and licensing requirements
- Be a hands-on leader during busy service periods
- Experienced Assistant General Manager, Deputy Manager, or strong Bar Manager from a premium hospitality background
- Proven experience within cocktail bars, luxury restaurants, or high-end hospitality venues
- Strong cocktail knowledge and passion for drinks-led experiences
- Confident leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive sales and deliver results
- A charismatic, engaging, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for hospitality
- Comfortable working in a late-night, high-energy venue environment
