The Role
- Executive Chef Manager to support B&I Sites across London
- Road based role to support sites and to assist with mobilising new contracts and presentations
- Executive Chef Manager to support sites with internal audits, GP, wastages and improvements where needed.
- Executive Chef Manager to work closely with the development team and Head of Food
- Executive Chef Manager to work within a large team.
The Requirements
- A Chef Manager with a background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
- A genuine love for food.
- Must have access to own transport
