- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar, lounge, events, and banqueting operations.
- Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service across all outlets.
- Act as the operational lead in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Assist with team training, coaching, and development to build a high-performing team.
- Help manage labour costs, stock control, GP margins, and departmental budgets.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by maintaining consistently high service standards.
- Support the delivery of weddings, private functions, and events, ensuring every occasion runs seamlessly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards throughout the department.
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel or high-volume Food & Beverage operation.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys developing and motivating teams.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of labour management, stock control, and cost management.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Well organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
