- Senior Sous Chef supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen
- Lead the brigade and oversee service in the Head Chef's absence
- Deliver high-quality food across the restaurant, weddings, conferences and banqueting operations
- Assist with menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Manage stock control, ordering, GP and food cost performance
- Train, mentor and develop junior members of the kitchen team
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen organisation
- Help drive consistency, efficiency and exceptional guest experiences across all food outlets
- Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or experienced Sous Chef within a quality hotel or restaurant
- Experience catering for both à la carte and banqueting/events
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing kitchen teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Sound understanding of stock control, food costs and kitchen administration
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food and maintaining exceptional standards
- Calm, hands-on approach with the ability to perform under pressure
