- Salary up to £39,000

- Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced service environment
- Work across a dynamic menu with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and food cost management
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards
- Sous Chef required to help train, develop, and motivate junior chefs
- Ensure smooth, efficient service during busy restaurant and bar trading hours
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Experience in a high-volume, fresh food restaurant or bar environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Passion for great food and fast-paced service
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety
- A hands-on, positive, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
