The Package

The Role
  • Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running a busy, high-volume kitchen
  • Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced service environment
  • Work across a dynamic menu with fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and food cost management
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards
  • Sous Chef required to help train, develop, and motivate junior chefs
  • Ensure smooth, efficient service during busy restaurant and bar trading hours
The Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
  • Experience in a high-volume, fresh food restaurant or bar environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Passion for great food and fast-paced service
  • Good understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety
  • A hands-on, positive, and reliable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ambition to grow within a fast-moving hospitality business
