You will provide cover where required and ensure the continued delivery of fresh, nutritious meals whilst maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

As a Relief Chef, you will support multiple school catering operations across North East London.
You will provide cover where required and ensure the continued delivery of fresh, nutritious meals whilst maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving fresh meals
- Supporting kitchen teams across multiple sites
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Managing stock and minimising waste
- Supporting Chef Managers with daily operations
- Delivering a consistent and high-quality food offer
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
The ideal Relief Chef will have:
- Previous chef experience within education, healthcare or contract catering
- full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to the multi-site nature of the role
- Strong fresh food skills
- Good organisational abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
- A flexible approach to working across multiple sites
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A positive and professional attitude
