- A Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, and events departments
- Supervise and motivate the Food & Beverage team during service
- Ensure excellent guest service is delivered at all times
- Assist with training and developing team members
- Support stock control and ordering procedures
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally
- Assist with the delivery of weddings, conferences, and private events
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
- Support management with opening and closing procedures
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Food & Beverage Assistant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience working in a busy hotel, restaurant, or events environment
- Good knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations
