The Job Role
  • A Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, and events departments
  • Supervise and motivate the Food & Beverage team during service
  • Ensure excellent guest service is delivered at all times
  • Assist with training and developing team members
  • Support stock control and ordering procedures
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally
  • Assist with the delivery of weddings, conferences, and private events
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Support management with opening and closing procedures
The Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Food & Beverage Assistant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Experience working in a busy hotel, restaurant, or events environment
  • Good knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and busy periods
