- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Holiday entitlement increasing to 32 days following probation

- Events Manager to oversee a varied hospitality and events operation across a prestigious multi-site estate.
- The Events Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse calendar of conferences, receptions, private dining experiences and large-scale annual events.
- Manage all internal and external hospitality activity across a busy seven-day operation.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of supervisors and hospitality professionals.
- Coordinate all event administration, function sheets and operational planning to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee multiple hospitality spaces and event venues across the estate.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, external clients and internal departments.
- Manage hospitality reporting, financial administration and month-end processes.
- Support the ongoing growth and development of the hospitality function and future projects.
- The successful Events Manager will play a key role in enhancing guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
- This Events Manager opportunity offers genuine scope for progression within a leading organisation in the hospitality and contract catering sector.
- Minimum five years' experience within hospitality, events or venue operations.
- Previous experience within the contract catering sector, premium venues, hotels or managed services environments is highly desirable.
- Proven experience coordinating private dining, conferences, receptions and large-scale events.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience leading and developing hospitality teams.
- Financially and commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
- A calm, hands-on and personable operator with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Full UK driving licence required due to the size of the estate.
