The Package
  • £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Holiday entitlement increasing to 32 days following probation
  • 3 paid volunteering days per year

The Job Role
  • Events Manager to oversee a varied hospitality and events operation across a prestigious multi-site estate.
  • The Events Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse calendar of conferences, receptions, private dining experiences and large-scale annual events.
  • Manage all internal and external hospitality activity across a busy seven-day operation.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of supervisors and hospitality professionals.
  • Coordinate all event administration, function sheets and operational planning to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Oversee multiple hospitality spaces and event venues across the estate.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, external clients and internal departments.
  • Manage hospitality reporting, financial administration and month-end processes.
  • Support the ongoing growth and development of the hospitality function and future projects.
  • The successful Events Manager will play a key role in enhancing guest experiences and driving operational excellence.

The Requirements
  • Minimum five years' experience within hospitality, events or venue operations.
  • Previous experience within the contract catering sector, premium venues, hotels or managed services environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience coordinating private dining, conferences, receptions and large-scale events.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience leading and developing hospitality teams.
  • Financially and commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
  • A calm, hands-on and personable operator with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Full UK driving licence required due to the size of the estate.
