The Job Role:
  • The Front Office Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of the Front Office department.
  • Oversee Reception, Guest Services, Concierge, and Night teams.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences are delivered at every stage of the guest journey.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Front Office team.
  • Manage recruitment, training, rotas, and performance management.
  • Handle VIP guests and resolve escalated guest issues professionally.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Reservations teams.
  • Drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure all service standards and brand expectations are consistently achieved.
The Requirements:
  • Previous Front Office management experience within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of Front Office operations and guest relations.
  • Experience using Opera PMS or a similar hotel management system.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Commercially aware with a focus on service excellence.
  • Passionate about luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Professional, hands-on, and able to lead by example.
