As a Relief Chef Manager, you will support multiple education catering sites across North London, Stratford, Barking, Dagenham, Hornchurch and Romford.
You will provide cover for holidays, vacancies and operational requirements whilst ensuring food quality, compliance and service standards are maintained.

As a Relief Chef Manager, you will support multiple education catering sites across North London, Stratford, Barking, Dagenham, Hornchurch and Romford.
You will provide cover for holidays, vacancies and operational requirements whilst ensuring food quality, compliance and service standards are maintained.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing catering operations across multiple sites
- Leading and motivating kitchen teams
- Producing fresh, nutritious meals
- Managing food costs, stock and labour budgets
- Ensuring food safety and health & safety compliance
- Building strong relationships with school stakeholders
- Supporting site improvements and mobilisations
The successful Relief Chef Manager will have:
- Previous Chef Manager experience within education or contract catering
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing food costs and budgets
- Excellent food safety knowledge
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A passion for delivering high-quality fresh food
