The Job Role
  • An Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading a high-profile cocktail and hospitality venue.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Driving standards across drinks service, team performance, and operational excellence.
  • Supporting the development, coaching, and retention of a high-performing team.
  • Leading from the floor, creating memorable guest experiences and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Working closely with the management team to achieve commercial targets while maintaining premium service standards.
  • Ensuring the venue delivers a seamless blend of hospitality, atmosphere, and experience.
The Requirements
  • A strong hands-on operator with experience in premium bars, cocktail-led venues, restaurants, or experience-driven hospitality concepts.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Bar Manager, or Deputy General Manager within a high-volume environment.
  • Passionate about guest experience and creating memorable moments.
  • A natural leader who can inspire, develop, and motivate a team.
  • Comfortable managing a fast-paced operation while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of labour, stock control, and venue performance.
  • An engaging, confident, and personable individual who thrives in a guest-facing role.
