The Package
  • £50,000 per annum

The Job Role
  • A busy, fresh food Gastro pub with bedrooms 
  • Popular wedding and events venue 
  • A Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade from the front and on the pass
  • Responsibility to train, develop and motivate the kitchen team
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Follow all health & safety regulations
The Requirements
  • A Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with a background in a fresh-food, high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
  • A Head Chef that has the ability to train, manage, and develop a team
  • Solid knowledge of menu development, food trends, and seasonal ingredients
  • Full understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
