- A Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with a background in a fresh-food, high-volume kitchen
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
- A Head Chef that has the ability to train, manage, and develop a team
- Solid knowledge of menu development, food trends, and seasonal ingredients
- Full understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
