The Job Role
- Operations Manager to oversee 12 client locations in Essex and Hertfordshire
- To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience.
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for P&L, stock management, cost control and effective labour scheduling.
- To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for mobilisations within their region.
- To report into an Operations Director.
The Requirements
- Our client seeks only a proven Operations Manager appointment.
- A background in quality B&I or Independent Education is essential.
- A passionate foodie is a must.
- A Self-starter with a desire to development people.
- A strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
The Location
- Hertfordshire and Essex.
- Full driving licence is essential
