The Job Role
  • Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across restaurant, bar, events, and banqueting departments
  • Drive guest satisfaction, service standards, team training, and overall operational performance
  • Manage labour, stock control, GP margins, and departmental budgets to maximise profitability
  • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences across corporate, leisure, and wedding business streams
The Requirements
  • Previous Food & Beverage management experience within a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training, and motivating large teams
  • Commercially aware with knowledge of stock control, labour management, and driving profitability
  • Passionate about guest experience with excellent communication and organisational skills
