The Package
As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for leadership, organisation, consistency, and standards.
You will be managing an established brigade and ensuring the kitchen delivers exceptional food daily for players, coaches, management, and support staff. - Leading and organising the day-to-day kitchen operation
- Managing rotas and staffing in a fast-changing environment
- Driving standards, consistency, and structure within the brigade
- Planning and delivering modern, premium, fit-for-purpose menus
- Ensuring food is aligned with player routines, training demands, and performance expectations
- Working within nutritional framework
- Managing premium ingredients with a clear focus on quality and presentation
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and client contacts on site
The ideal Head Chef will be a strong and credible kitchen leader with the personality, maturity, and organisational ability to command respect within an established team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or highly credible senior kitchen leader
- Strong brigade management and leadership skills
- Excellent organisational ability, particularly around rotas and planning
- Experience within premium fresh food environments
- A calm, professional approach in high-expectation settings
- Strong menu planning ability with an understanding of quality-led, performance-focused food
- Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and execution
- The flexibility to work around the demands of an elite sporting environment, including weekends and evenings where required
