The Job Role
  • The Reception Manager will be responsible for leading the front office team
  • Leading from the front to deliver exceptional service standards to a variety of clientele
  • Reporting directly into the hotel General Manager
  • You will be on the floor, interacting with guests and ensuring the hotel operations run smoothly 
The Requirements
  • Successful Assistant Reception Manager in a smaller hotel or experienced Front Office Manager/Reception Manager in a larger hotel
  • Reception Manager will have the ability to lead from the front
  • Candidate with a quality hotel background, and standards focussed
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career
  • Brand service standards driven with a desire to be the best 
  • Attention to detail
