The Role
  • Take full ownership of the kitchen and drive the culinary vision
  • Lead day-to-day operations, delivering seamless service and consistently high standards
  • Develop and evolve seasonal, high-quality menus
  • Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets with a strong commercial focus
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety
The Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous ready to step up
  • Inspiring leadership style with a focus on team development
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal food and creativity
  • Strong financial awareness including GP and cost control
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, independent restaurant environment
