The Package

• £55,000 Salary 
• Monday to Friday 
• 06:30am - 3:00pm

The Job Role

• Head Chef to run their own kitchen catering for 500/600 per day 
• Head Chef to produce high quality food with 100% made on-site. 
• Head Chef  to create and design their own menus 
• Head Chef to manage a team of 23 
• Head Chef to be responsible for all health and safety, ordering and stock takes. 

The Requirements

• A proven Head Chef who can lead the kitchen team.
• An experience Head Chef with a background in busy high quality B&I kitchen operations.
• A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
