- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Maintain and enhance seasonal, high-quality menus
- Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety
- Proven Head Chef or Executive Head Chef experience in a gastro pub or food-led venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing kitchen team
- Experience delivering consistently excellent dishes under pressure
- Passion for quality, seasonal cooking and a drive to raise the pub’s culinary profile
