The Package
  • Salary up to £55,000
  • Additional tronc, approx £8,000 per year

The Job Role
  • Take full ownership of the kitchen and culinary vision
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
  • Maintain and enhance seasonal, high-quality menus
  • Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety
The Requirements
  • Proven Head Chef or Executive Head Chef experience in a gastro pub or food-led venue
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing kitchen team
  • Experience delivering consistently excellent dishes under pressure
  • Passion for quality, seasonal cooking and a drive to raise the pub’s culinary profile
