The Role
- A strong Chef Manager / Head Chef / Executive Chef with the ability to produce high-quality fresh food within a busy education catering environment.
- The Chef Manager will have strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to develop, motivate and lead a dedicated kitchen team.
- The Chef Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships with the school and key stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- The Chef Manager will have a strong understanding of allergens and ensure effective allergen management and due diligence is maintained at all times.
The Requirements
- Chef Manager background within education contract catering is essential.
- A self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to manage and develop a motivated kitchen team.
- A genuine passion for fresh food and delivering high-quality meals in a school environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, allergens and compliance standards.
