The Job Role:

• Catering Manager to oversee a high volume education site.
• Catering Manager to lead and develop an enthusiastic team of 10
• Catering Manager to Overseeing both the core feed and hospitality along side the Head Chef
• Catering Manager build relationships with the clients 

 
The Requirements

• Catering Manager with good experience in fresh food operations.
• Catering Manager with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
• Computer literate and can liaise with clients
• A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front

• Car Parking on site
