The Role
- A Strong Sous Chef to produce high quality fresh food for around 400 per day.
- Sous Chef to work within a team of 3 in the kitchen.
- Sous Chef to report into an Executive Chef
The Requirements
- Sous Chef with a background in B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
- A genuine love for food.
