The Role
  • A Strong Sous Chef to produce high quality fresh food for around 400 per day.
  • Sous Chef to work within a team of 3 in the kitchen.
  • Sous Chef to report into an Executive Chef 
 
The Requirements
  • Sous Chef with a background in B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
  • A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
  • A genuine love for food.
