The Job Role
  • Sous Chef to support the business needs over 4 floors including restaurant offering and events.
  • Sous Chef to produce high quality fresh food.
  • Sous Chef to assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts 
  • Sous Chef to work within a team of 40

The Requirements
  • A proven Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen team.
  • An experience Sous Chef with a background in busy high quality kitchen operations.
  • A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
