The Job Role
- Sous Chef to support the business needs over 4 floors including restaurant offering and events.
- Sous Chef to produce high quality fresh food.
- Sous Chef to assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
- Sous Chef to work within a team of 40
The Requirements
- A proven Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen team.
- An experience Sous Chef with a background in busy high quality kitchen operations.
- A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of current food trends
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
