- Executive Chef will be providing fresh food standards across an 80-seater restaurant
- Executive Chef will be developing the menus to drive local trade, keeping in line with GP%
- Kitchen compliance, ensuring food hygiene standards are always maintained.
- A proven track record leading teams at 1AA rosette or higher
- Executive Chef with a background in Gastro Pubs, hotels or quality restaurants
- Executive Chef will understand various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- A team player who leads from the front.
