An Assistant General Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
An Assistant General Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
The ideal candidate will be from a full service restaurant.
Experience with managing a large team is a must
An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant
