The Job Role

• A Restaurant Manager to lead a busy high end restaurant 
• A Restaurant Manager to oversee the high volume operation 
• A Restaurant Manager to interact with every dining guest to ensure all expectations are met
• A Restaurant Manager to manage a large team of around 30.
• A Restaurant Manager that can lead from the front.
• A Restaurant Manager to continually drive standards of service forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high end environment.
• A Restaurant Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
• A Restaurant Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face. 
• The ideal candidate will be from a full service restaurant.
• Experience with managing a large team is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant
