- £51,000 Salary
- Monday to Friday ( occasional weekends / evenings )
- Enhanced Pension - 20%
- 35 Hours per week
- 25 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays and xmas and easter off.

- Head Chef to work with the Executive chef in overseeing the site
- Head Chef to work with a team of 12 chefs
- Full menu autonomy, the Head Chef will create innovative on trend menus for the student restaurant, fine dining and events.
- Head Chef to work with a luxury budget spend per head
- Strategic client facing role, Head Chef will propose and develop concepts to drive customer engagement.
The Requirements
- Head Chef with a background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
- A genuine love for food.
- Responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are delivered.
- Talented and passionate Head Chef who will create innovative and seasonal menus inspired by current food trends.
