The Package

• £38,000 per year
• Bonus
• Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime only)
• Term time only ( 42 Weeks ) 
• Career progression

The Job Role

• Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site, feeding around 500 per day.
• Chef Manager to oversee breakfast, Lunch and after school club.
• Chef Manager to lead and develop an enthusiastic team of 11.
• To oversee the hospitality offering.
• Chef Manager to build relationships with the clients and parents. 

The Requirements

• A strong Chef Manager with Education / B&I experience 
• A genuine love for food
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• Chef Manager with experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
