The Package
  • £42,500 Salary
  • Monday to Friday ( occasional weekends ) 
  • 7am - 3pm

The Job Role:
  • Senior Sous Chef catering for around 50/60 per day 
  • Senior Sous Chef to manage 5 chefs 
  • Senior Sous Chef to responsible for allergens, stock take, ordering and Health & Safety 
  • Senior Sous Chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and occasional wine evenings 
The Requirements
  • Senior Sous Chef with good experience in fresh food operations. 
  • Senior Sous Chef with a background in B&I / Hotels / Venues is essential.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking executive chef who leads from the front
