- Senior Sous Chef catering for around 50/60 per day
- Senior Sous Chef to manage 5 chefs
- Senior Sous Chef to responsible for allergens, stock take, ordering and Health & Safety
- Senior Sous Chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and occasional wine evenings
- Senior Sous Chef with good experience in fresh food operations.
- Senior Sous Chef with a background in B&I / Hotels / Venues is essential.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking executive chef who leads from the front
