- Term time only (42 Weeks)
- Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm

The Role
- Sous Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site, feeding around 700 per day
- Sous Chef to work in a enthusiastic kitchen team of 15
- Sous Chef to help with hospitality and menu design
- Monday to Friday Operation no evenings or weekends.
The Requirements
- A Sous Chef with a background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
- A genuine love for food.
