The Job Role

• A Deputy Manager to lead a busy restaurant.
• A Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in daily running of the business.
• A Deputy Manager to that wants to interact with dining guests to ensure all expectations are met
• A Deputy Manager that is able to exceed in future planning for the business
• A Deputy Manager that can lead from the front.
• A Deputy Manager to continually drive standards of food and drink service forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high end environment.
• A Deputy Manager with proven experience in a similar size and style venue.
• A Deputy Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face. 
• The ideal candidate will be from a full service restaurant.
• Experience with managing a team is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant
