The Package
  • Up to £40,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime only)

The Job Role
  • Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume contract catering site
  • Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx.
  • 90% fresh, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
  • Chef Manager to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
  • A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with 10 weeks holiday
The Requirements
  • A strong Head Chef or Chef Manager with exceptional School or high-quality contract catering background.
  • A genuine love for food
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
  • Chef Manager or Head Chef with experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
