The Job Role
    • Senior Sous Chef to oversee a fast paced kitchen operation.
    • A fresh food busy banqueting operation.
    • Working for a proven Banqueting Head Chef.
    • Multi outlet property.
The Requirements
    • A strong individual with a high volume background within fresh food operations.
    • Proven experience at Senior Sous Chef level within fast paced, BIG volume, fresh food operations.
    • Passionate leader, keen to train and develop a curious & hungry to learn brigade.
    • A self-starter with a strong team ethic.
    • Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career.
